I have both observed and personally experienced the burnout anxiety and errors many female leaders

and entrepreneurs have bumped into when operatng in the corporate world and by trying to be “more

man than the men.”

 

I have also heard many stories and frustrations from team leaders and team members when they can’t agree on a sense of meaning and existence for the team nor agree on a collective way forward.

My passion and energy are centred in two areas:

​

1. Coaching to support female executives and female diverse talent, on their career journeys to be

the best version of a leader they can be without compromising who they are.

 

2. Facilitatation on and learning working with teams to become cohesive, powerful and effective together to proacatively and positively impact the bottom line. Along with designing and facilitating conferences as learning journeys with passion drive energy and enthusiasm.

My Values are to provide coaching and learning that has impact, leaves a lasting and meaningful legacy

adds value, is delivered with warmth, energy and empathy and allows for the right amount of fun and

creativity along the way.
